When you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.

Due to personal hygiene reasons, returns, exchanges or refund will not be offered.  We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions on any products.  Our products are described as accurately as possible on our website.  Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund or exchange policy” into consideration before you buy.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at info@familymask.ca within 7 days of delivery.  To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.  We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
