Shipping

How are my products being shipped?
We are committed to supplying our customers with quality product in the fastest means possible. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and deliveries will be made through a courier or Canada Post.

If your order is shipped via Canada Post, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order. Furthermore, if you are shipping to a laneway house, basement suite, or subdivided home with multiple tenants, please include these instructions to ensure your order is shipped correctly. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipments if this information is not included. 

Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.  Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

When will my products be shipped?
We ship all in-stock products within one business week.  There may be occasional small delays if we're handling large orders. But rest assured, we promise to do everything in our power to get your products to you on time and exceed your expectations.

How much is the shipping cost?

Within British Columbia: $8 (if under $150)

FREE shipping on “Mask" orders over $150, within British Columbia only. 

Other Provinces in Canada: Flat rate of $15. Shipments will be made via Canada Post and we will send tracking information. 

We do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Confirmation
We'll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received. We'll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at info@familymask.ca.

International Orders
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada for the time being.

In Person Pick up
Order can also be arranged for in-person pick up. We have few pick up points and a weekly pick up schedule available for in-person pick up.
